2026-10-19: catch-up bump 1 -> 2.1, cluster had a newer local install than archlinuxaba
User reported a pacman -Syu warning on a cluster node: local (2.0-2) is
newer than archlinuxaba (2.0-1). We’re the actual AUR maintainer for this
package and AUR itself still shows 2.0-1 – no real 2.0-2 was ever pushed
upstream, so the cluster’s 2 must be a one-off local rebuild on that node
that never made it back into this tracked PKGBUILD. Checked
archlinux32/Eckner’s repos too (see [[hashcash]]’s matching entry, same
investigation, same day) – no explanation found there either.
Per the pcmciautils precedent in memory/PKGREL_VS_PKGVER.md (“go forward
from whatever is already live, never back to ideal”), bumped to 2.1 rather
than the “pure” content-free 1.1, since 1.1 < 2 would still look like a
downgrade to anything already on 2.0-2. Built+published cleanly,
i686+x86_64 (this package’s only archs).
