mod_maxminddb

• Category: local-install/ – plain upstream AUR package, maintainer G4Zz0L1 (not us). An existing /data/INSTALL/mod_maxminddb checkout was already there (yay’s own, dated 2026-03) but never tracked in this project. Followed the standard local-install workflow: backed it up to -old, fresh git clone from AUR, repo_release.sh, deleted -old after publish succeeded.
• 2026-10-12: first build+publish, clean, x86_64, 1.2.0-1, no local edits. namcap noted APACHE isn’t a valid SPDX identifier (should be LicenseRef-... or similar) – cosmetic, upstream’s own PKGBUILD, not fixed.
