  The VM itself was left untouched (re-ran matugen on golden-horizon at the end

  what was actually going on and what I fixed:

  Root cause: the "original" cells weren't pulling pristine source icons. They
  were reading live from ~/.local/share/icons/{kora,breeze-dark}/ on the VM —
  but that's exactly where this project's own deploy scripts
  (11-deploy-icon-theme.sh / 15-deploy-duotone-theme.sh) install their
  accent-colored output. So the "original" column was showing our own
  already-retinted icons (baked with the current golden-horizon accent, hence
  the uniform orange/tan look), not the real multi-color art.

  Fix applied, split by where a genuine original actually exists:
  - 177 kora icons — pulled the real pre-overwrite originals from
    ~/.config/timhyperland-icons/original-icons-backup/kora/ on the VM (that's
    the backup 11-deploy-icon-theme.sh makes before overwriting a real file).
    Verified: Discord, Firefox, Alacritty etc. now show their real
    gradient/brand art instead of brown-ish accent fills.
  - 3 hicolor icons (brave-origin, cafe.avery.Delfin, gmic_qt) — pulled from
    /usr/share/icons/hicolor/, the root-owned system copy this pipeline never
    touches.
  - 25 breeze-dark icons (LimineSnapperSync, btop, etc.) — these never had a
    real original to begin with; they're icons this pipeline synthesized from
    scratch for apps with no native icon (I confirmed none exist in
    /usr/share/icons/breeze-dark or /usr/share/icons/breeze). Previously the
    page was mislabeling the traced potrace silhouette as "original" for these.
    Now it honestly shows the "no original" placeholder instead, with an updated
    tooltip explaining why.

  Reload icons.html in your browser (hard refresh to bypass cache) and you
  should see real, distinct brand colors in the left column for the vast
  majority of icons, with 25 legitimately showing the "no original" placeholder.
