Category: local-install (rebuilt only so archlinuxaba/the cluster gets it too; not maintained/adapted/owned by us — see arch/scripts/install_only_packages). First-time addition, no prior checkout on this machine.

Build notes (2026-08-19)

• Fresh git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/apachedirectorystudio.git. arch=('x86_64') – unlike most any-arch Java tools, this ships a prebuilt Eclipse RCP tarball fetched per-arch (source_x86_64=".../ApacheDirectoryStudio-...-linux.gtk.${CARCH}.tar.gz"), and Apache only publishes a gtk.x86_64 build upstream. No i686/ pentium4 variant exists to extend to – same class of “not every package fits 32-bit” case as qt5-webkit/gcc47. Depends java-runtime>=11, python, libsecret. No local edits needed, built and published cleanly on the first try.
