jmtpfs

Category: local-install/jmtpfs – plain AUR package maintained by someone else (miki/Michele Spagnuolo), not ours to maintain. Built and published to archlinuxaba purely so the cluster has it too (see [[feedback_local_install_rebuilds]]).

2026-09-19: initial build

• Fresh clone of https://aur.archlinux.org/jmtpfs.git into /data/INSTALL/jmtpfs (no prior local checkout).
• arch=(x86_64 armv7h) upstream. ARM cluster is down (per user, 2026-09-19), so built with REPO_BUILD_ONLY_ARCH=x86_64 to skip the doomed armv7h remote-board attempt rather than let it fail/hang.
• x86_64 built + published clean (0.5-3 + debug package).
• namcap flagged a real (not just implicit-noise) issue, not fixed since this is someone else’s PKGBUILD built as-is: E: Dependency file detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libmagic.so.1'] needed in files ['usr/bin/jmtpfs']) – jmtpfs links against libmagic but file isn’t in depends=() upstream. Also flagged (not actionable, same as ever): GPL3 isn’t a valid SPDX identifier (cosmetic, upstream’s own license=() string).
• If ARM builds come back up, retry armv7h for this package.
