perl-cgi-compile

• Path: arch/maintained/perl-cgi-compile (new – vendored from AUR 2026-08-02, transitive checkdepends of perl-plack -> thruk). All of its depends/checkdepends (perl-file-pushd, perl-sub-name, perl-cgi, perl-capture-tiny, perl-sub-identify, perl-test-nowarnings, perl-test-requires, perl-try-tiny) were already in official extra.
• 2026-08-02: built+published cleanly (0.27-3), any package.
