• Build failure during the 2026-07-07 “build all packages for x86_64” private-repo release pass. Needs perl-test-time, not in this arch/ tree (external-dependency class, see memory/dbmodel-qt4.md). Not fixed as part of this pass.
• 2026-07-30: unblocked – user built+published perl-test-time to archlinuxaba directly (same ad-hoc-outside-this-tree pattern as exomizer/gconf/libglade/qt5-3d/python-pyspf, see TOOLING_NOTES.md). Built and published perl-cookie-baker-0.12-2 cleanly on the first try, no PKGBUILD changes needed (arch=any, symlinked across every repo arch).
