Build failure during the 2026-07-07 “build all packages for x86_64” private-repo release pass. Needs qt5-webengine, not in this arch/ tree – same as memory/kchmviewer.md/memory/qt5-webview.md (external-dependency class, see memory/dbmodel-qt4.md). Not fixed as part of this pass.
2026-08-02: deliberately deferred, not attempted – qt5-webengine needs a full Chromium source checkout+build (qtwebengine-chromium submodule), and available disk at the time was only ~22GB free, too tight to risk a multi-hour build failing partway through. Skip this one until there’s real headroom (30GB+ free is a safer bet) or a dedicated session for it.
2026-09-09: first successful build+publish to the private repo. The earlier deferral was about rebuilding qt5-webengine itself (Chromium checkout) – qmc2’s own build() just links against the already-installed qt5-webengine from core/extra, so this was a normal ~8.5min x86_64 build, not multi-hour. pkgver=0.243 pkgrel=9 unchanged (no content change, this was a first-ever publish of an already-current PKGBUILD – x86_64-only per arch=(), no other archs wished). qmc2/qmc2-debug had no prior repo db entry, so repo_publish.sh’s remove-before-add step logged an expected “Package matching ‘qmc2’ not found” / “Skipped checkpkg due to missing repo packages” – harmless, not an error, since there was nothing to remove or diff against on a first publish.
