2026-08-20: extended to pentium4

• Already current against AUR (0.99-1). A stale, non-canonical duplicate checkout existed at /data/INSTALL/smp_utils – removed it (would have collided with the new staged-build target dir, see arch/scripts/repo_build_staged.sh).
• Plain ./configure && make, no arch-specific code. Added pentium4 to arch=('i686' 'x86_64'); built and published cleanly on all three arches on the first try. pkgrel 1 -> 2 (maintained/, plain integer).
